i have currently running raidz1 using 3x 18TB drive. May i ask if there is some safe way to migrate it to Raidz2 ie add one more drive? Also can i add 20TB drive, as cant stock 18tb one.

regarding the disk size, i assume 20TB is okay, 2tb wont be used.
