Not sure what the issue is. I added this system ages ago. It wasn’t showing up in true command so I deleted and went through the add a system procedure, but I run into this error… “System offline: Invalid auth credentials”
@kdbaumann If you tried to connect with a non root username and password, you might try supplying a root API key instead.
Yeah I have done that in the past. Turns out that my auto payment didn’t go through. LOL. So fixed that and all is well. I never got a notification about it, and my instance needed a restart.
But all good now. Thanks!!! Support was very helpful.
