Not through the UI. You can do some stuff at the command line, but need to be careful if dealing with a VM migrated from 24.10 as it gets imported as custom storage. VMs created from scratch may be fine.
Depending on your use case, you might be better doing backups from within the VM with Acronis or similar. In my case I use Macrium Reflect. I guess some backup software has special licensing for Windows Server.
