hard drive into sleep state

I would like to ask how to set up the RaidZ1 of my four-bay group to put the hard drive into sleep state. Now the machine is used less than twice a day, but the power consumption is constant at 44w. My CPU is J3455, and the power consumption should not be very high. I’ve tried various settings. No change in consumption

Storage > Disks > (select) > Edit Disk
and you’ll find power management and spin down settings.

Mind that access and scheduled tests and scrubs (which you should do!) will spin the drives and up, and that repeated spin up and down will wear down the disks—and, in the worst case, may even result in higher power consumption. You want to keep it to a small number of cycles per day.
