Help setting up CyberPower UPS

I have a Cyber Power CP1300EPFCLCD. I think that I have got it working through the web ui, by calling it a CP1500EPFCLCD. It correctly behaved in the tests:
Disconnect power cord from UPS, reconnect ten seconds later. (syslogs show that this is detected, system prepares to shut down, but cancels that on reconnect of power).
Disconnect power cord from UPS, reconnect ten seconds later. (system shuts down after 30s).

My question: Given the different model numbers, I am worried that the config will be slightly out. How could I get the config right?
I can see a page at networkupstools dot org for the CP1500EPFCLCD, but cannot find a specific page for my model.

Many thanks,
Tom

As long as the CP1300 and CP1500 use the same driver it shouldn’t matter.
You can check from shell with nut-scanner -U which driver your CP1300 expects.
As long as you choose the same driver, e.g. usbhid-ups, even if it’s from a different brand, as long as the driver is the same you should be ok.

I think I’ve been confused by the file (which I cannot link to from here) which can be found by searching for networkupstools CP1500EPFCLCD… Ah! I have just realised my mistake. That file lists supported variables. Which is not the same as necessary user config that would be specific to the device.

Many thanks,

Tom
