I have a server with multiple NIC’s. The docker insrances are started at the NIC that the TrueNAS GUI is pointed at by means of the IP Address. How can I change that behaviour.
In short I want my TrueNAS GUI to be attahced to another NIC than my containers.
Hello, if the NIC is already set up. I think what you are trying to achieve is to have the Web Interface to be set to a NIC specifically?
Location - Left Tab
System → GUI → GUI Settings → Web Interface IPv4 Address → Set specified NIC (Uncheck 0.0.0.0 and select NIC)
Note: Before hitting save, make sure the NIC you are switching to has an IP configured and that your computer can actually reach that IP. Otherwise, you might lose access to the web dashboard
