I think, maybe, it was the chinese SATA controller (that I’ve bought from aliexpress) or something else, not the drive itself.

It’s actually giving you an early warning sign… ignore it at your own peril. If I were you, I’d be looking to replace that sooner rather than later before you lose all your data. Of course, if you actually have a good backup strategy, then you probably can afford to ignore it.
