How to use docker run so i can see it in apps?

Hello Everyone!
I added container using Shell. It works fine but I can’t see it in Apps.
How can I add new containers using docker run so I can see them in the Apps list?

Electric Eel includes Docker, and Docker Compose is used to power the apps The apps screen displays IX managed stacks. It would be helpful to also view non-IX managed stacks, and non stack containers.
