[Implemented] Sortable Disk View Headings

Problem/Justification

In CORE, I was able to sort columns in the UI, for example, in the disks view, I could click on the “Pool” column header to sort disks by pool.

This was a very useful feature in general and seems to be missing from SCALE.

Original suggested in this issue on the bug tracker.

Impact

1. this is a regression relative to CORE
2. users can not sort disks by columns, making disk management inefficient and harder than it needs to be

Now that this feature request has been implemented 24.10, how about accepting it?

PS: You can now sort disk headings in Electric Eel. You can’t resize the columns though!
