It should be at the top right corner at the homepage (see the picture). Due to increased spamming in recent period, it may be disabled for new users until they reach some trust. If so, this may be the reason why you can not see it (yet).
In any case, welcome to this forum and start building your reputation by posting meaningful posts. In the beginning, they will be reviewed and approved by moderators, and after that, users’ ability will increase.
In order to go from Trust 0 to 1 you need to read a bit and post a few comments. At least it used to be so.
Can some of you chill out in flagging this new batch of spam?
At least give me a chance to try out these Temu coupon codes. If I can save $100 on my next order, maybe it’s okay to let a little spam make it into the forums? 
I do wonder about some of these, there are a few that don’t even meet the threshold of “word salad” and just feel like what would happen if someone in China with little knowledge of the Latin alphabet were to be placed in charge of an AI model that’s supposed to generate spam.
