Install Plex on nvme that is boot disk

If you still want to keep the unsafety way, take a look on this recent thread:

despite, if you want to keep a bit safer / a lot easier strategy:

  • buy a cheap used 2.5" SSD (32,64,128gb) + SATA to USB adapter (prob less than 10€ all), and install Scale on that connected via USB… so your NVME is free for apps (will be striped, so take care about backup)
  • buy a good MLC usb, 20-30€ for the boot
  • if you have a pci-ex slot, you can buy a pci-ex-NVME adapter for less than 5€, and put another disk on it
