Installed Invidious today, however when attempting to use, whenever I try to load a video I get “Video Unavailable”. I also notice that on the homepage the “Popular” video list doesn’t show anything and it takes a second refresh for videos to load on the “Trending” list.
I have ensured that “Inv Sig Helper” is enabled and I have generated the PO & Visitor Token.
So far as my configuration, the app should be loading videos and working. See below my full config.
Looking at the logs, I can see the video get error here but at least to me, does not explain the issue, other than the obvious 404 error.
I have checked through the Invidious documentation, and it is possible I have missed it, but could not find a resolution to my particular problem. Ultimately it looks like my Invidious instance just cannot locate the video from YouTube , hence the 404 error, but unsure how to remedy.
Note that my Invidious instance runs from my local server IP and default port, not over any sort of domain. My server also runs through a VPN, however I doubt that is the issue as my other devices through VPN can see and use YouTube just fine.
Any ideas?
