Hi, I’m trying out TrueNAS for the first time. I’ve got Truenas Scale 25.04.2.4 installed and the webUI up and accessible over the network, but my m.2 nvme disks are not showing up in the Storage>Disks section. When I go to the logs I’m seeing this disk.sync_all error:
(sqlite3.IntegrityError) UNIQUE constraint failed: storage_disk.disk_identifier
[SQL: INSERT INTO storage_disk (disk_identifier, disk_name, disk_subsystem, disk_number, disk_serial, disk_lunid, disk_size, disk_description, disk_transfermode, disk_hddstandby, disk_advpowermgmt, disk_togglesmart, disk_smartoptions, disk_passwd, disk_model, disk_rotationrate, disk_type, disk_bus) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)]
[parameters: ('{serial}201412031053', 'sdd', 'scsi', 2096, '201412031053', None, '', '', 'Auto', 'Always On', 'Disabled', 1, '', '', 'USB3.0_CRW-SD', None, 'SSD', 'USB')]
(Background on this error at: https://sqlalche.me/e/14/gkpj)
I have two nvme drives connected directly to m.2 slots on the motherboard and two in a bifurcation card in a pcie 16 slot. All of the nvme drives show up in the BIOS and when running lsblk. Truenas is installed on bare metal. Secure boot is disabled. The nvme drives are all gen 4, and the cpu, mobo, pciecard all support pcie gen 5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
