Issues detecting m.2 nvme drives

Hi, I’m trying out TrueNAS for the first time. I’ve got Truenas Scale 25.04.2.4 installed and the webUI up and accessible over the network, but my m.2 nvme disks are not showing up in the Storage>Disks section. When I go to the logs I’m seeing this disk.sync_all error:

(sqlite3.IntegrityError) UNIQUE constraint failed: storage_disk.disk_identifier
[SQL: INSERT INTO storage_disk (disk_identifier, disk_name, disk_subsystem, disk_number, disk_serial, disk_lunid, disk_size, disk_description, disk_transfermode, disk_hddstandby, disk_advpowermgmt, disk_togglesmart, disk_smartoptions, disk_passwd, disk_model, disk_rotationrate, disk_type, disk_bus) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)]

I have two nvme drives connected directly to m.2 slots on the motherboard and two in a bifurcation card in a pcie 16 slot. All of the nvme drives show up in the BIOS and when running lsblk. Truenas is installed on bare metal. Secure boot is disabled. The nvme drives are all gen 4, and the cpu, mobo, pciecard all support pcie gen 5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Full hardware details could be helpful. What motherboard and add on card?

Error message looks like you are not getting unique drive identifiers, like serial numbers. What NVMe are not showing? Is it the add on card?

Here’s my hardware:
System: ThinkStation P8 (AMD)
Processor: AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7945WX Processor
Graphic Card: NVIDIA RTX™ A400 4GB GDDR6
Memory 32 GB: DDR5-4800MT/s (RDIMM, ECC)(2 x 16 GB)

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find the motherboard. I’ve got two WD_red sata SSD’s I’m booting of off and 4 WD_black nvme drives (which are the drives not listed). The bifurcation card is an ASUS hyper m.2 x16 gen5 card.

All 4 of the nvme cards are not showing. 2 of which are on the add on card and two of which are installed directly on the mobo.

Okay, I had restarted multiple times trying to troubleshoot a couple of issues, but after creating the directory mentioned in this thread: Dashboard, CPU widget, not displaying any information - #6 by b0tr and then rebooting my drives are now showing up and there are no errors in the jobs. This does not make a lot of sense to me. Ideas anyone?
