Yeah, you’re going to need to provide more context before anyone can help you. It’s also rude to dump an error message without as much as a question attached, we’re not Google.

Is it even an error? Logging that the server powered on should not be considered an error (if that is what happened).
(If a tree falls in a wood and there was no one there to hear it, did it actually make a crashing sound?)
And I guess we should assume by the lack of any further information that the consequences of this message were zero i.e. nothing happened.
(Monty Python: It was an ordinary morning when suddenly - da da da dahhhh - nothing happened!!!)
Indeed, this post actually has a negative amount of useful information - rather than not tell is whether it is a scale or core install he has told us both which is worse than not telling us at all. Sheesh!!!
