Maintaining Dataset structure while copying data using rsync task

Dear Gurus,
I am just setting up my first scales based homelab and using 24,10 RC2 .Kindly accept my apologies if this is not the correct section for this forum or this has been asked before.

I want to copy a dataset recursively using “rsync task” to another dataset recursively but I find that rsync is not able to maintain the dataset structure (it is creating the child datasets as folders).
It may be possible via ZFS snapshot and replication but I have a reason to go for “rsync task” task only.
Is there a rsync parameter that can help retain the dataset structure?Is there a workaround?Please guide.
