Are you updating via the online update UI or using the manual update file you downloaded? Sounds like we have a corrupt file or partial download here.
my system is so old the cert is broken so trying to do a manual upload tries more than one download
Seems to stop at 10% file upload
Where do certificates come into it if you’re uploading the manual update tarball?
