Does anyone happen to know what is the TrueNAS MinIO Docker root password in the Shell.
When we check the password filled in with the application it does not work, also the default minioadmin password does not work.
So its when you open the Shell in TrueNAS Apps section:
We need to run some mc commanders but when you do that you get permission denied…
sh-4.4$ cd /opt/bin/
sh-4.4$ ls
mc minio minio.minisig minio.sha256sum
sh-4.4$ ./mc
sh: ./mc: Permission denied
sh-4.4$
Similar issue. I just installed MinIO and can log into its web interface using the credentials I set up when I installed it.
Then went and installed the MinIO Console app and it will not allow me to log in with any user/pass combo I can think of.
How do I get into the console?
Tried my truenas admin login, tried the MinIO admin, tried minioadmin/minioadmin, tried admin/admin.
I looked at the docs and they just say to use the root minio creds which didn’t work.
Im having the same issue, do i have to configure any environment variable linking the 2 containers together or something?
Fairly certain that the MinIO Console is useless if you already installed MinIO.
After looking into it more it’s just the same console you already installed with the full package minus the actual server.
