Multiple failing (SMART errors) drives in pool, best course to replace

Folks the time has come that SMART errors have started counting for 5 of my 22 drives in my 2 x RAIDZ3 | 11 wide array. I believe it is a stripped pool, but not sure how it is written now vs when I originally set it up prior to moving to Scale.

I am hoping to receive guidance on the best way to handle replacing all 5 drives. I have enough bays to insert 5 new drives at once, but I am not sure if that is possible to insert the drives and tell TrueNAS to use these as replacements for the drives having SMART errors, or if I need to pull 1 or 2 drives at a time while the replacements are loaded etc.

They are all 8Tb drives, I have the same make/model and size as the existing to replace like for like.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
