Network connection lost after moving to different router

I moved my server from a double NAT setup (TP-link Decos connected to the Telus router) to directly into my Telus router and now it is refusing to get internet. It won’t do things like a general update or load apps. I’ve been playing with the network settings with no joy.

I’m able to connect to it locally through the router but this is what the apps section looks like:

I looked around at others that had similar issues and they mentioned that their system clock had gone out of sync. I checked mine and it’s accurate.

I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
