Odd considering this change didn’t happen until 25.10, but assuming you just got the version number wrong, you can follow @SmallBarky’s advice. The documentation around Drive Health Management has also been expanded since this thread started, so you may also want to take a look at https://www.truenas.com/docs/scale/25.10/gettingstarted/versionnotes/#disk-health-management and the tutorial linked from there.
