Nextcloud error when installing

Hello, I am using TrueNAS-SCALE-22.02.4 and I am not able to install any app. The error I get when installing Nextcloud is as follow:
[EFAULT] Catalog item version is not supported due to following missing features:

  1. normalize/acl
    For ‘Stable’ train:
    Minimum SCALE version: 23.10-ALPHA
    Maximum SCALE version: Latest available ‘Stable’ release
    For ‘Nightlies’ train:
    Minimum SCALE version: 23.10-MASTER-somever
    Maximum SCALE version: Latest available ‘Nightlies’ release

What I should I check next?

The error is telling you to upgrade to the Cobia 23.10 release at a minimum. We recommend you upgrade to 23.10, and then upgrade to Dragonfish 24.04.

Issues with apps in earlier releases get fixes in later releases but we always recommend following the upgrade path documented here:

SCALE should prompt you on the System Settings > Update for the next available release or you can go here for downloads:

If the issue persists after upgrading to 24.04 latest maintenance release then:

  1. please open a Jira ticket,
  2. download the system debug and use the link to attach the file in the private file attachment area, linking back to your Jira ticket before clicking save.

This way your data remains private and we can keep your ticket public for the benefit of others that might have the same problem.
