Nextcloud update from 33.0.2 2.3.20 to 33.0.2 2.3.21 Login Errors

Hi,

The update appeared to complete normally in a Running State. On logging into Nextcloud failed with error below The same response occurred to all user login attempts.

Database logs Postgres 17

Rollback to 2.3.20 successfully . Log on successful

I have limited knowledge Nextcloud internals, any help will be appreciated
