NFS Preventing New Mounts

Having an issue where after some amount of time the server stops allowing new NFS mounts, but existing mounts are still functioning well.

Running TrueNAS Scale v24.04.1.1. Very simple setup with a single pool and a single dataset shared via NFS to ~100 servers.

After some time, if a server has the NFS mount working and is rebooted, it will fail to be able to mount it again. The other 99 servers that still have the mount continue to work (at least until they are rebooted).

I tried NFSv4 and NFSv3 and both just sit there until they timeout.

The only solution is to reboot the TrueNAS Scale server, and then all servers can mount the NFS share without issue, until it happens again.

Is there some sort of connection limit it thinks it is hitting? Some process that is deadlocked or broken?

How can we see NFS mount logs on the server side?

I think the mount logs are visible in journalctl
