Nginx-proxy-manager failed to migrate to Electric Eel, new install stuck at deploying

@Nginx: Hangs for almost 25 minutes at deploying in npm

add this line right below time zone in “Additional Environment Variables” S6_STAGE2_HOOK=sed -i $d /etc/s6-overlay/s6-rc.d/prepare/30-ownership.sh

Per the other thread, this solution works.
