[Not Accepted] Expose network_mode in standard app installation/configuration settings

Problem/Justification
I want to edit network_mode in apps without needing to make a custom yaml.

Impact
People won’t have to set up custom yaml apps just to route their traffic through another container.

User Story
Users can set up VPN through apps like gluetun or tailscale and route their other containers out of those connections.
