[Not Accepted] Need better information of why a drive is removed

Problem/Justification
I had a drive that was removed from he pool of which it was a part. There was no indication as to why.

Impact
Drives fail. Those not as familiar with the architecture of TrueNAS have a harder time finding relevant log files and interpreting them. An explanation within Storage → Primary VDEVs would be very helpful.

User Story
Drives fail. Knowing exactly why a particular failure occurred helps with troubleshooting. In the case that it is the drive mechanism that fails information presented by the GUI could help make the case for a warranty claim.

My question would be, does a drive being removed by the Administrator always mean the drive has failed?
