Paperless-ngx webui not accessable

Hello,
I am just new to TrueNAS Scale. I have been using FreeNAS and TrueNAS 12 on the machine for years and now wanted to try paperless-ngx. When installing it as an app, nothing else was configured and no errors occurred. However, the webui cannot be reached via the specified port 30070

curl: (7) Failed to connect to 192.168.178.25 port 30070 after 2066 ms: Could not connect to server

The server does not have the specified minimum ram of 8gb but only 4, could this be the problem with paperless?

8GB of RAM is bare min. but I don’t think that is causing your problem.
I expect your machine to crash or have other OOM - out of memory problems.

I just checked the docs section for Core 12 and 8GB was min. there also.
