I would start with providing more info on your hardware, software and what may have led to this problem. Did you do anything to cause a disk to be ‘removing’

Stripe pool, so any drive failure is fatal. Do you have a backup?
If not, go and buy enough extra storage to make one.
The drive has not failed though when I mount the pool as read only I can transfer data out.
Then I would advise that you do a full backup right now.
