Plex as App, can I assign it a different IP address now in the GUI?

I currently have Plex running as a VM but I would like to move it to an app (docker) and use shared GUI. However, I want to be able to give it a separate IP address.
Is this possible does anyone have a step by step guideline to moving.

Separate IPs for apps are a new feature that has been announced to be released on June 1st.
