Plex not working with 24.10 update

I am a new user to TruNAS and just got my server up and running with it. I saw the new update come through so I installed it and now my plex app will not start. I am getting the following error.

I have looked through everything that I can think of and searched as much as possible with no luck. I tried installing a new plex app and it gave me the same error when it went to install. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

First delete the plex app and any plex images

Then reinstall plex - with the default config - don’t worry about your media or anything like that. Just make sure if the container runs.

After that edit the container, 1 config choice at a time.

I tried to delete the app and I get the following message.

Is there a way for me to share a screenshot? The forum says i cant embed an image or share a link.

I see I need to get to level 1. I will work on that today and see if I can get the image uploaded.

Exact the same Issue here.
I get 2 different errors when i try to upgrade the App or if i try to start the app.
When i try to start the app i get:

I was able to get the app uninstalled but now I can not get the app to install. I get the same error as above.

So my install of TrueNAS started constantly rebooting. I was able to start up the 24.04 version of the OS and everything works as it originally did. I am going to run with this for a while until the bugs get sorted out and hopefully can update in the future.

The last time I saw someone with this error it turned out that they had a host path configured for their Plex app and later deleted the dataset but the host path was still in the app config. When they tried to migrate the phantom host path caused an error. Is there any chance that applies to you too?

There was only one Folder i worked on(tried to share it via SMB, which didnt work).
But after your post i tried deleting it.
After Deleteing the Folder and removing it inside the Apps Config Plex works again.

So my server has been chugging along with the original install of TrueNas Scale on it. I have tried to update it with the newer versions a couple of times and I get the same error. When I do an update on it now the Plex app is not installed and when I try to install it I get the above error and it won’t install. I would really like to get this updated but I am thinking I will have to do a clean install and set everything up again. Does anyone have any insight to this before I do a clean install? Thank you.
