Pool keeps getting exported on its own

I got an alert that one of my pools was offline (its a single nvme vdev) and when I login it shows the vdev is offline in the UI.
Zpool status does not even list the pool, nor does zfs list.

The drive is marked as exported, so I tried to just re-import it, but its not available for re-import. I also tried to do this via the CLI, but unsuccessful.

I went back to the UI and exported the pool, which it allowed me to do, then I was able to re-import the pool. However, about an hour later it exported it again all on its own.

Im not concerned about the data, its just a scratch disks for unpacking rar files. But this is annoying and quite concerning.

Where else should I be looking for relevant logs to see what might be happening here?

Here is the syslog
