Pool status - VDev2 (System Dataset Pool) ONLINE (Unhealthy)

Hi,

I am at a bit of a loss, I have a pool that shows Pool status
VDev2 (System Dataset Pool) ONLINE (Unhealthy) see screenshot

However when I look at the disks in the Pool Status they all seem to be ok no errors but … the only error that appear is under the last scrub status it says there were 2 errors. See screen shot below

Just wondering how do I find what the issue is that is causing the unhealthy status in the summary screen

Motherboard: ASRock B550M Steel Legend
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics (8 Cores / 16 Threads)
Memory: 64 GB DDR4 (4 x 16 GB Kingston, 2667 MT/s, Non-ECC)
BIOS: American Megatrends Version P2.50, Released 10/19/2022
TrueNAS Version:TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1

zpool status -v VDev2 in the terminal or, better, a SSH session.

Does zpool status -v give you any more details ?

Seems that the verbose output solved the mystery

zpool status -v VDev2
errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:
/mnt/VDev2/Pics-N-Videos/Document Library/Investments/Chris boat/Raw pics/DJI_0142.DNG
