Problem with the speeds

Hello everyone

I’m new to TrueNas and don’t understand everything on Nas. My speed with uploading to TrueNas is very slow, so like the download. I’ve used a Win11 as my home Server and everything was good with speeds (but not with the hardware). The speed was about 75 Mb/s Upload and Download. But now it doesn’t work well (20 Mb/s is max)and all the time download and upload breaks.

Please post your complete hardware setup.
Including the exact type of discs and how they are connected aswell as your pool/vdev layout.

16 GB RAM
275 GB SSD CRUCIAL (BOOTPOOL)

I couldnt find info on that drive, if its CMR or SMR.

Maybe you have better luck. For ZFS you want CMR drives. SMR drives cause terrible performance.

I believe this is an older drive, before the advent of SMRs.

  2. Details of your wifi / wired LAN network.
