As the title states i’m in the market for a new PSU to use with my old workstation that i’m using to create a NAS.
CPU: i7 7700
MB: z270f
RAM: 24GB
It will have 2 4TB Ironwolf pro disks as of now cause i’ll buy 2 more in the future.

Sharkoon WPM Gold Zero 550W for 70 bucks in Italy. Is it good enough for an archive nas? i will not edit directly off the nas and i will use it only for archive.

While I have never heard of a Sharkoon, 550W is more than sufficient for four drives and the rest of your system. You could add several more drives if you have the physical space.
seems a really good choice for the price, semi modular, good efficiency and 0 rpm mode. Here a full review.
Better efficiency on 30-60w range (the power consumption of your nas 99% of time), is what u want 
but if you find something with better performance, at higher price, simply calc how much you will save on bill for the defitely choice.
