Andrew, what you don’t seem to appreciate is that other people are willingly giving up their own time to help you, but to do that they need information and not someone who is too self-obsessed with their NAS problems to be able to put themselves in the shoes of other people and see that they need details in order to help.

I also spent a lot of time helping you on your previous topic “Reboot Issues system will not reboot” in which you said:

But if you read through that topic, nowhere did you actually say thank you to any of the several people who tried to help you (including me).

To be blunt, if this petulance is going to be your attitude, I will not be inclined to help you further.
