Removed bridge and network card. Rebooted, now no GUI, shares but reports IP for WUI

Hi All,

Positive confused here. I removed a dead network card after deleting the bridge it had. Set the other network adapter in the GUI to use DHCP after the bridge was removed, tested fine. Shut down to remove card and now i literally can’t see anything.

Through IPMI i can see it has an address for there GUI but i can’t access it. I also can’t access it anything through its local bonjour name. it boots fine, i just cannot get my shares or any access to the gun. Tried resetting the network adapters through the CLI through no avail.

Any help please as i do not want to reformat the entire thing and start over again.

OK, ive checked Ifconfig and the bridge is still there. AHHHHHHH

How do i remove it from the CLI without the broken card to allow the other 2 interfaces to work as intended again?

Maybe include screenshots of what you are trying? Core or Scale?

Managed to work it out. It is core.

Shell - ifconfig bridge0 down

This disabled the bridge and allowed me back into the server to delete it from the GUI and setup the static IP again.
