Replacing HDDs with larger onse to increase capacity

Hi guys, I have TrueNAS Mini 3.0 XL+, running Scale TrueNAS-24.04.2.
I have 8 HDDs of 6TB in RaidZ2 and I’m trying to upgrade them to 8 HDDs of 22TB.
I know I need to do them 1 by 1 in order not to lose my data.
I selected the 1st HDD and set it to offline, then took it out, but after inserting the new HDD (22TB), the NAS doesn’t see it (there is nothing in the Replace list).
I also tried rebooting the NAS.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Try another drive…

Most system will be able to hot swap them, the drive should pop in as unassigned…

If none of the 22 TB drive will show up, you have an incompatibility

Totally agree!

Try check if the disk spin on, so you can fast check the PSU
