Reporting doesn't report any metrics

Hello,

Reporting is not reporting any metrics at all.
TrueNas 13.3
System dataset on boot-pool (SSD).

Any ideas where to start debuging? TIA

Did you try clearing the browser cache?

Private / incognito mode?

Try a different browser?

yes to all your questions and still no metrics in reports.

Any suggestions on how I an debug this problem?

Did you try rebooting and moving the system’s dataset?

This is problem is been going on for at list two years. So the system has been booted a number of times. Where should I move the dataset to?

Moved system dataset to Tank1 & rebooted the system, still o metrics in reports.

You are not getting any data from any tab? Including the likes of ZFS or memory tabs?

Please list your full hardware specs, I recall reading about a very similar issue in the old forum.

no data on any tabs. I was me in the old forum. Did not get the problem resolved.

Try entering an SSH connection and running service middlewared stop followed by service middlewared start, then wait for a few minutes and open the WebUI.

Thanks Davvo for your persistence. I tried your suggestion it didn’t work. I notice the following message from TrueNas. I don’t know if this is the culprit.

Nay, that’s something I get as well.

I remembered correctly: take a look at Reporting Completely Blank | TrueNAS Community.

TL;DR: try a non-chromium browser or accessing the system via 192.168.X.X.
