After upgrading to EE my reporting seems broken. Here is a screenshot of how it looks:
None of the widgets work as well.
Is this a common issue? I haven’t been able to find another topic with this same issue to try some solutions.

@asalinasbendeck did you force-refresh the page and/or clear local browser cache after the upgrade? (Especially if you came from 24.04 rather than a BETA or RC.)
Yes. Tried with multiple browsers and computers and the issue is consistent.
is there a service that should be running for reporting to work? (collectd?)
could it be that I’m running the webui in a non-standard port (444 instead of 443)? I have nginx listening on 80,443 so I moved the web gui to use other ports.
I realized that I can’t access the built in netdata also.
I just spent the last couple days trying to solve the same problem.
netdata is the service that handles reporting. It wouldn’t start because /var/db/system/netdata/ix_state was owned by root for some reason. That prevented it from writing to the directory. Reporting and all the widgets are working after I fixed that.
chown -R netdata:netdata /var/db/system/netdata
service netdata restart
dude, you’re a wizard! that was my issue. Thanks a lot for sharing!
