I wanted to buy a pcie card as expansion for SATA ports someone knows how and if you can install pcie card drivers via installation cd
TrueNAS is an appliance OS and you are not supposed to install drivers or anything.
Drivers for LSI HBAs are included and these SAS HBAs (2008, 2308, 3008) are the recommended solution to add SATA ports.

There are lots of types of PCIe SATA expansion cards - as @etorix has said, you need to use an LSI-base HBA card flashed to IT mode firmware.
Need is a strong word, but you definitely should/want etc.
