Scale 25.10 - Apps disappeared, but still running in docker

I’m running TrueNAS SCALE 25.10 and after moving my system from one pool to another, my apps aren’t showing up anymore. However, running docker psshows everything running just fine. I’m at a loss for what to do and I want to avoid any data loss in my apps.

I can provide specific logs if needed.

The dashboard shows “Apps services running” and “No Applications Installed”. Clicking “Discover Apps” works fine and I can see the catalog. I have not attempted installing an app since they disappeared.

There should be a hotfix 25.10.0.1 to address several critical issues including apps and SMB. The targeted release dates is November 18th-21st, 2025. I suggest waiting until the hotfix is installed on your system and seeing if the issue persists.

The 25.10.0.1 hotfix which was released last night, and fixed the issues with the Apps.

Thanks! I did notice the hotfix when it was released and I installed it. However, after a few days including a restart, my apps continue to hide from me. :confused:
I do have to move my apps to a new larger pool soon. I know I could set the new storage pool for apps, but what will happen to my existing hiding apps? Is there a proper way to migrate that saves everything?

I wish I knew. I’m still trying to figure this out. I was hoping the hotfix would bring them back.

Its happen the same to me after reinstalling from a fail boot drive… I found a post from a previous error and it do the trick, hope it helps

run this from shell as sudo:

midclt call -job docker.state.after_start_check &
