Shareable iSCSI targets in TrueNAS Core

Hi there,
I am setting up a Oracle 2 nodes RAC, plan to use iSCSI targets as shared storage.
After I create iSCSI target on TrueNAS Core, Oracle Grid doesn’t recognize this iSCSI target during installation.

Then I try the same iSCSI thing on my Synology. During Synology iSCSI setup, it has this option: "Allow multiple sessions from one or more iSCSI initiators’, after it’s selected Oracle Grid is able to recognize it and use it as shared storage.

My question is, does TrueNAS iSCSI offer the similar feature as Synology does?
Thanks.

TrueNAS by default supports multiple sessions from one or mode iSCSI initiators. It just does not restrict them. So the issue must be different. Unfortunately I don’t know what Synology does different. If Oracle has some sort of requirements to compatible the target, it would be interesting to see.

Thanks!
So I think just Oracle doesn’t like TrueNAS on this…

Hey, did you get this working? I’m also doing this for Oracle RAC. Same with you, it works on Synology. I’m setting up a testing environment right now, so I can’t use DSM

Do you have any errors you can provide from the Oracle side?

To confirm also, this is what you are talking about?

No, my setup is right.
I use the same everything on Synology, it runs like a champ now.

I create 3 ASM disks: DATA, OCR, FRA.

Can you share a tutorial?
