Shutdown / Power down during resilvering/rebuilding of raid array

I’ve had a disk fail in a raidz1, raid 5, array and am ok on how to replace the failed disk, thanks to some help from here.
However we are haveing some work done on the mains supply, which means the power will be turned off on 10 am on the 24/2/25. I have a 7 disk, now 6 and 1 faulty array of about 38.9 TB of data which represents a 90% usage. ( I know I was going to increase the disks when I can aford it in a few months, but this comes first)
If I start the rebuild, what would happen if I shut down the Truenas box for the power work and the booted it up again? The disk isn’t due till 20/2/25. Or shall I wait till after the power work?

What advice would you give?

Thanks

The rebuild will pause while unpowered. Assuming all your drives spin backup when power is restored, the rebuild should then continue.

Hi Stux,
Thanks you for your help. In the end it resilverd much quicker than I thought.
It would be helpful to have a "resilver time " document.
I had a 7 drive array of 8TB sata drives, one dead, with 36TB of data, and it resilvered in 13 hours.
