Shutdown work but not restart in DragonFish

I have been using TrueNAS Scale on this machine for many years, but since the DragonFish update—or perhaps due to a cleanup of old boot environments—I’ve encountered an issue. When I shut down the server, it stops as expected, and pressing the momentary button works to turn it back on. However, if I attempt a restart, the server shuts down but does not reboot. I need to forcibly power it off using the button.

Previously, everything worked perfectly on the same server.

Do you have any suggestions?

Fascinating. I have the opposite issue. When I issue a shutdown the system goes quiet for about 2 seconds and then restarts anyway. This is quite bad because if there’s ever a power outage and the UPS turns the server off it’ll just turn itself back on.
