SMB ACL type Critical

Hi,

using TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2 (new install).
after migrating data for 2 days I noticed this critical error:

SMB shares have path-related configuration issues that may impact service stability: SMB: ACL type mismatch with child mountpoint at /mnt/SMB/NAS: SMB - POSIX, SMB/NAS - NFSV4, SMB: ACL type mismatch with child mountpoint at /mnt/SMB/DOC: SMB - POSIX, SMB/DOC - NFSV4

Pool: SMB with 2 datasets : NAS & DOC both thes ACL setting.

Pool acl settings have not been manually changed and are thus still default (posix).

any advice on how to tackle this issue?
