Ssh-keyscan failed error

Hi,

I’m having some problems with setting up a pull replication - something which I never encountered in the several times I did a trial/test.

My main server is running a Truenas 25.10.3.1 - Goldeye. Remotely, I have another server running 26.0.0-BETA.1. Both servers are connected via tailscale.

Basically, what I did was:

  1. Set up my backup credentials - Main server
  2. Add new SSH connection (Manual) - Remote server

After clicking Discover Remote Host Key, I get this error:

I had luck running replication when I was just learning how to do it. I did exactly the same process but I’m clueless as to why I’m having this. I would really appreciate your help on this as it has already been more than a week that I’ve been trying to figure this out. So far, I’ve done this to no avail:

  1. reinstall tailscale
  2. create new user credentials
  3. recreate homedirectory
