Static IP Issue on TrueNAS Scale 24.10.0: Network Not Reachable After Restart

I just installed TrueNAS Scale 24.10.0 on my new Proxmox server. The installation works flawlessly, and everything works when TrueNAS uses DHCP by default. However, after I set a static IP and restart TrueNAS, I can no longer access the server.

When I try locally from the server, I get “network not reachable.” It seems like all routes disappear when I switch to a static IP. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Kind Regards,
Anthon

For a static setup you need to set a unique IP in TrueNAS, it typically needs to be on the same subnet as the rest of your devices.

You also need to set up your gateway and at least one DNS server. In most home configurations that will be the IP of your router.

Don’t touch static routes unless you know what you’re doing.

If you want help, post a screenshot of how you set your static IP up.
Include a full screenshot global network configuration.
