Support BackBlaze B2 in TrueCloud Backup

Problem/Justification

Currently, only Storj is supported. My understanding is that this feature is basically a wrapper around restic using an rclone backend. Based on this adding BackBlaze B2 (or any other provider) shouldn’t be that much effort.

Impact

It’d be great to have more options. BackBlaze seems like a good choice for another provider given that it is price competitive and widely used.

User Story

As a TrueNAS user I’d like to be able to use TrueCloud Backup (essentially TrueNAS’s restic integration) with BackBlaze B2.

Can you not use Cloud Sync Tasks?

Cloud Sync Tasks don’t use restic - I think they just use rclone. So they don’t have any of the snapshot, encryption, deduplication features (etc) that TrueCloud Backups provide via restic. You can also use Storj with Cloud Sync Tasks but there are different features/properties for Cloud Sync Tasks vs TrueCloud Backups.

I would really like to have this enabled. Correct to me if I am wrong but to me it looks like its just an arbitrary limitation to promote Storj.
