System freezes with Intel video card

I am running TrueNAS Scale ElectricEel-24.10.2.2 as a Plex server. Every once in a while the system would freeze without any errors and I would be forced to restart the system. The freezing is pretty random but does seem to happen when Plex is transcoding something, but not always.

I removed the video card and let the CPU handle all the transcoding and the system hasn’t froze since (about 20 days now).

Is there a driver or something I need to do for the system to work with an Intel GPU?

I am running into a similar issue. I am running an A310 and Emby, but when Emby hits the GPU for transcoding the system hard locks; the console courser does not even blink. I have tried updating to 25.10 and am still experiencing the issue.

An AI said I should try adding the Emby user to Video and Render groups but I get a immutable group error.

Any one have any ideas?
