New TrueNAS Scale user here. Specs listed below. I am trying to get Tailscale up and running via the app from the App Catalog and running into connection issues.
I am able to run tailscale ping 100.X.X.X and get a pong for all machines in the tailnet. However, any “normal” pings time out. I have sunk many hours into reading opposing guidance on “check this, uncheck that” regarding settings like userpace; I have tried all combinations of these directives.
Host Network is checked and a tailscale0 interface is shown upon running ip addr show.
I am wondering if there is something obvious I am missing, and ideally, if there is a near-foolproof standard or guide for this process. Please let me know if there are details you need that I have not provided (first post).
